Highly practical 2-day workshop
This course is aimed at individuals who are responsible for training others in the workplace but who may not have received any formal training on how to do this effectively. A highly practical 2-day workshop in which you will be equipped with the skills and techniques required to become an effective trainer on a one to one basis and group training.

Understand how people learn in different ways
Understand how a training course is structured
Be able to explain the benefits of a structured training session
Write visual aids that enhance the message that you are delivering
Demonstrate how to split groups effectively for syndicate work
Deliver training material relevant to their departments
Demonstrate an ability to use a range of questioning and discussion techniques to generate interaction and promote group dynamics
There will be evening work required on this workshop
