This workshop will enable managers to understand how to get the best from your supervisions/performance reviews/appraisal systems. We will identify the skills, the process and share best practice and documentation examples. Participants will leave the workshop with a toolkit to enable their staff to engage in the review process and ensure it is not a tick box exercise!

Identify the skills required to conduct effective performance reviews
Demonstrate good questioning to engage the appraisee in the review process
State the planning required prior to holding a quality performance review
Review current documentation to identify strengths and development areas
