On this programme you will learn how to set performance standards in your team and identify when someone is under-performing. You will also be given a range of tools and techniques to help you manage the performance of individuals and work towards a positive result.

Identify your strengths and development needs in influencing

List the 5 keys to superb face to face communication and how you can apply these in your context

Demonstrate at least 7 different ways of building rapport and win-win relationships with others

Use a variety of strategies to manage your own emotional state

Identify beliefs that could inhibit your influencing skills and develop strategies to overcome these

Use meta-programmes (thinking preferences) to enhance flexibility and improve communication with a wide range of people

It covers self-awareness of your own state including how to manage this to get different responses and reactions from people.
