A practical workshop during which, you will discover the fine line between the person who manages their time effectively and the person who is effectively managed by time. You will learn an array of tools and techniques to help you work smarter not harder and control events rather than be controlled by them.

Explore and learn the difference between efficiency and effectiveness

Identify the Key Result Areas in their job role where they should focus their energy and time

Explore ways to categorise tasks into urgent and/or important tasks

Identify your own time stealers and explore ways to overcome them

Demonstrate how you can effectively manage the time your have!

This workshop requires pre-coursework to enable the delegate to understand their current time and priority constraints.
